Determinant and Matrix

Determinant:
Determinant is particular type of expression or function in a concise form like
Matrix:
Matrix is a rectangular arrangement of number bounded by parentheses () or square bracket [].
General Form of a matrix: 
 = (aij)m×n
Q: Is Determinant a square matrix?
Ans: No. Determinant is not a square matrix. We can find determinant of square matrix.

Difference between vector and matrix:
Vector is a particular type of matrix which has only one row or a column (1×n) or (n×1).
Vectors are called row matrix or column matrix.
So, we can say, every vector is a matrix but every matrix is not vector.
